Refund and Cancellation Policy for ServiceAroundMe Premium Service Provider Subscription

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ServiceAroundMe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers refunds and processes cancellations for our Premium Service Provider Subscription (“Premium Subscription”). By subscribing to our Premium Subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.



  • 1. Cancellation of Premium Subscription

    Cancellation Process: You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time through your account settings on the ServiceAroundMe platform or by contacting our customer support team at support@servicearoundme.com.

    Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain access to Premium Subscription features until the billing cycle ends. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

    Auto-Renewal: Premium Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 15 days prior to annual renewals to allow you to disable auto-renewal if desired.


  • 2. Refund Eligibility

    14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new Premium Subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Premium Subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not extensively used premium features (e.g., posting more than 5 premium listings or accessing exclusive analytics).

    Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day money-back period.
    • Renewed subscriptions, unless required by applicable law.
    • Partial months or unused portions of the subscription after the 14-day period.
    • Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), which are subject to the third party’s refund policies.

    Special Circumstances: If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the 14-day period due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., service outages caused by ServiceAroundMe or failure to deliver promised features), contact our support team for a case-by-case review.


  • 3. Refund Process

    How to Request a Refund: Submit a refund request via email to support@servicearoundme.com within 14-days from date of successfull subscription. Include your account details and reason for the refund request.

    Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Bank Fees: ServiceAroundMe is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions, or overdraft fees associated with the refund process. You may negotiate these directly with your financial institution.


  • 4. Statutory Rights for EU/UK Consumers

    14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your Premium Subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing a reason. A full refund will be issued, provided no premium services have been used during this period. If premium services have been used, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount for the services provided up to the date of cancellation.

    SEPA Direct Debit: If you paid via SEPA direct debit, you may request a refund from your bank within 8 weeks from the date your account was debited, as per your bank’s terms.


  • 5. Non-Refundable Services

    Certain premium features, such as one-time promotional boosts or sponsored listings, are non-refundable once activated or used, as they are considered fully delivered services.
