  1. 1. Nature of Services

    ServiceAroundMe.com is a digital platform that connects service providers with potential customers. We do not sell or ship physical products. Any references to “delivery” pertain to digital services such as:

    • Profile publication
    • Premium feature activation
    • Verification badge issuance
  2. 2. Digital Delivery for Premium Plans

    When a service provider purchases a premium verified profile, the following items are digitally delivered:

    • Verified badge on business profile
    • Trust badge on business profile
    • Priority visibility in relevant search categories

    Premium profile features are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after successful payment and required documentation (such as business proof or identity verification).

  3. 3. Verification Process

    To activate verified status:

    • Service providers may be asked to submit KYC or business verification documents.
    • Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay delivery.
    • Our team will contact you if additional documents are needed.
    • 4. Order Confirmation

      After payment is processed:

      • An email confirmation will be sent.
      • The upgraded profile will reflect changes within the stated timeline.
      • If verification fails, the payment may be refunded as per our Refund Policy or held as platform credits for retry.
    • 5. No Physical Shipping

      ServiceAroundMe offers no physical goods or tangible shipping. All deliverables (profile upgrades, badges, listings) are processed digitally on the platform.

    • 6.Delivery Delays

      Although most upgrades happen within 48 hours:

      • Delays may occur due to incomplete documentation or technical issues.
      • Please contact support at support@servicearoundme.com if your upgrade is not reflected within 3 working days.
    • 7. Liability

      ServiceAroundMe is not liable for:

      • Delays caused by incorrect or missing information from the service provider.
      • Misuse or misrepresentation of a verified badge by the provider.
      • Service interactions between providers and customers—our role is strictly as a listing and discovery platform.
